How to Apply for a Turkish Passport
- Book an appointment: Use the official appointment system or call Alo 199.
- Complete payment: Fees can be paid through a tax office, authorised banks, PTT or the Digital Tax Office.
- Prepare the documents: Bring a Turkish identity card or temporary identity document, a biometric photograph taken within the last six months and any previous passport.
- Apply in person: The applicant must attend the selected population directorate on the appointment date.
